How do I avoid fees?

Keep it simple and take control of your account. Perform two activities from the list below or maintain a $100 daily balance to avoid the $5 monthly maintenance fee.

  • Receive your monthly statement electronically with eStatements
  • Use your debit card to make at least 10 purchases each month
  • Receive at least one ACH credit each month, like having your paycheck deposited directly into your account

We'll automatically waive the fee for the first two statement cycles to give you time to meet the requirements.

What you need to know about your First Community Debit Card

Personal banking customers can apply for and be issued PIN-protected debit cards for real-time access to checking account funds. Access your funds with ease and convenience from any First Community Bank ATM at no charge, or at any ATM in the Plus and Jeanie network. ATM usage fees may be imposed by the owner of a non-First Community Bank ATM.

Debit cards have transaction cash limits to protect you, but limit increases may be available. Even better? Your debit card is free.
