Falcon Fraud Alerts

This sophisticated system uses your purchase history to detect abnormal charges and stop potentially fraudulent transactions. If potential fraud is detected on your account, the system will reach out to you via text, call and email to verify. No action is needed on your part to activate these alerts - just make sure your contact information is up-to-date in Online Banking.


Smart Debit Cards

AI helps our system analyze your past behavior to determine if an unusual transaction is fraudulent or just you visiting new places, trying new restaurants or shopping at different stores. Secure Online & Mobile Banking

We don't like to toot our own horn, but we're really proud of the top-of-the-line protection we're able to offer through online and mobile banking. The bulk of the impressive work happens behind the scenes like:

  • Secure login analysis that measures more than 150 variables with each attempt
  • Two-factor authentication - When you login from a new device, we'll send you a code to enter to make sure it's you

A few security tools that you'll notice in mobile banking are a six digit pin instead of four and the ability to login using your fingerprint and facial recognition.

Debit card on/off

Misplaced your debit card, but haven't given up hope that you'll find it? Use the mobile app to turn it off temporarily and prevent unauthorized use until you find it.


Contactless Cards

Keep your card information safe and get through the line faster, simply by tapping the terminal at checkout instead of inserting your chip. Don't worry - you'll still be able to swipe and insert your card for businesses that don't yet accept contactless payment.
