June 15, 2021 (Lexington, SC)  – First Community Bank recently recognized the 2021 graduates of its Leadership Institute with a ceremony at the Columbia International University School of Business.

An 18-month, intensive training program that combines academic and experiential learning, the Institute is designed to enhance the leadership skills of key members of the bank’s team.

The graduates – Tony Brookshire, Michael Cromer, Sarah Donley, Christina Frick, Allen Hancock Jr., Karen McCauley, Pat Rowser (pictured separately due to a conflict the night of the event), Jeff Sherman and Trey Werner – represent the second graduating class of the bank’s Leadership Institute and serve in a variety of roles throughout the organization.

In addition to developing the natural talents of the participants, the Institute, led by Dr. Keith Shah, helps ensure the long-term sustainability of the bank by developing future generations of leaders which provides benefits now and in the years ahead.
