First Community Bank Names Paul Napper to its Camden Advisory Board

January 14, 2014 (Lexington, S.C.) – First Community Bank is pleased to announce that Paul Napper has joined its Camden Advisory Board. Created in 2006 when First Community Bank merged with the Bank of Camden, the Board works to enhance the bank’s community presence and outreach to local businesses.

Mr. Napper is a Kershaw County native and brings extensive professional and community service to the Advisory Board. For the past 31 years, he has served as the Executive Director of the ALPHA Behavioral Health Center (formerly the Kershaw County Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse). In that role, he transitioned the organization from a county agency into a private, non-profit facility and expanded its programs into Chesterfield and Lee Counties.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, volunteer work has always been a priority for Mr. Napper. He remains deeply engaged in the community serving as a member of the Board of Trustees of KershawHealth, the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Advisory Board, the Kershaw County Gang Task Force, the Kershaw County Rescue Squad Board, the Federal Selective Service Board and is Co-Chair of the Kershaw County Leadership Roundtable.

He joins current Camden Advisory Board members D. Edward Baxley, Jeffrey R. Graham, Dr. Paul T. Joseph, Jr., Lindsey Kelly Mitcham, Daniel D. Riddick, John C. West, Jr., and Sylvia U. Wood.
