Deposit Sales Support Associate

Location: Administrative Office - Lexington

This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service, maintaining high quality work standards, and meeting deadlines pertaining to non-posts and returns.  This position will also be cross-trained for other positions in the Bank’s Deposit Sales Support area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned.)
  • Review stop pay maintenance entered on system
  • Return stop pays from reports
  • Return unauthorized ACH and paper drafts
  • Resolve all non-posts for checking, savings, cds
  • Manage NSF items and deposit items returned processing
  • Review SSA and SSI death notices
  • Work reclamations
  • Review pre-notifications
  • Assist with online banking customer service
  • Balance GL and checking accounts
  • Review wire transfers and ACH files
  • Scan documents
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or Equivalent and 2 years bank experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to multi task and manage priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Scanning experience
